Second, the appearance quality of rubber sealing parts should be carefully inspected before assembly. Use special tools for pressing and mixing to avoid deformation due to knocking.

Third, add lubricating grease as required, and regularly clean and unclog vent holes, check valves, etc.

Fourth, assembly should be carried out under extremely clean conditions, with no bumps, scratches, burrs or other attachments on the working surfaces of the parts.

Fifth, strictly follow the operating procedures. Seals should be installed correctly to prevent deformation due to improper installation.

Sixth, master the performance specifications and usage requirements of sealing parts, and replace failed parts in a timely manner.

Seventh, for thin-walled parts with side covers, sheet metal cold working correction is adopted. For easily worn shaft and hole parts, processes such as metal spraying, welding repair, adhesive bonding, and mechanical processing can be adopted to achieve the original factory dimensions.

Eighth, if the nut is stripped, broken or loose, it should be repaired or replaced with a new one and tightened to the specified torque.
